Judy is a pleasant person who makes every effort to satisfy her customers, many of whom have been coming to her for years! That says a lot to me as a consumer! She is reliable, does good work and is honest; rather than ""take your money"" for something that she feels can't be altered or fixed, she will tell you not to bother or to take the item back to the store!
Pros: good work, customer satisfaction, good rates
