Review content:
No matter what the weather is, or if you're in the shade or in the sun, don't trust Ultimate Towing. I live in nearby Norridge and got a quote from Kevin the owner for future reference. He said it would only be $60 as long as my shop wasn't too far away. Well, when I really needed a tow I gave him a call, but got his voice mail. I had to wait 30 minutes for a return call, but thought it would be worth it for the price. However he said he never quoted me $60 and said he would charge me $100. I turned him down and later did some further checking on his business. He's not even in Harwood Heights. This is a shady company to say the least.
