Good Towing Company 6/28/2011

This company is great! I recently had a break down and when I called Ultimate Towing they advised me how long my wait was going to be and let me tell you it was not a long wait at all! I have dealt with other towing companies in the past and this company really tops them! They do not charge an arm and a leg and are very professional. more

Shady All the Time 6/22/2011

No matter what the weather is, or if you're in the shade or in the sun, don't trust Ultimate Towing. I live in nearby Norridge and got a quote from Kevin the owner for future reference. He said it would only be $60 as long as my shop wasn't too far away. Well, when I really needed a tow I gave him a call, but got his voice mail. I had to wait 30 minutes for a return call, but thought it would be worth it for the price. However he said he never quoted me $60 and said he would charge me $100. I turned him down and later did some further checking on his business. He's not even in Harwood Heights. This is a shady company to say the least. more

Not To Be Trusted 6/9/2011

I recently had a real bad experience with this company. My car broke down during a very bad thunderstorm and I was in need of a prompt tow. Ultimate Towing had advertised themselves as being very prompt and I lived close to their location. However after waiting nearly an hour nobody showed up. I called to find out what was happening and spoke to the owner who ""promptly"" hung up when I complained. Hoping the call just dropped I tried one more time. Same result. Needless to say I'll never do business with them again. more

Great Company, Great Owner 5/19/2011

My car broke down in a very bad neighborhood not long ago. I don't scare easy but this was an exception. I called Kevin at Ultimate Towing and explained my situation. He got there in less than 15 minutes. Not only that, after I took my car to a shop I wasn't familar with outside my neighborhood, I had to wait awhile before they took my car. Kevin waited along with me and then drove me home. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. more
