Today is the last time I will ever step into this restaurant.\r \r I had been a regular customer at this restaurant. The food is OK, but the service is terrible. The last two times I had gone there, I was a little under the weather, so I decided to order a to-go buffet. The first time I did, they didn't look too happy, and the waiter gave me instructions on how I was supposed to arrange my to-go buffet. He told me I had to ""mix"" and ""match"" what I took from the buffet line. First, I would never think of just taking one item from a buffet line, and second, why would it matter, anyway?\r \r I was also informed that they were going to charge me by the pound, and not by the regular to-go buffet price. By the pound?!? Where am I, at the post office?!?\r \r Today, I decided to stop in again for a to-go buffet, against my better judgement. When I asked for a to-go buffet, the waiter looked at me quizzically, and then he glanced at the buffet line. Then, he said, ""Sorry, sir, we are not doing to-go buffet, today."" What? What do you mean you are not doing to-go buffet, TODAY?!? Is it posted somewhere, is it your regular policy? Or are you just making up things as you go along?\r \r You would think that being a regular customer would warrant better customer service from a business. I guess not. Anyway, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are too many Indian restaurants in this area to take this kind of treatment.
