My roomates and I had a terrible experience with this company. They charged us double from what they had origianlly estimated and lost a chest of drawers and 2 boxes of clothes. To our fault we did not read the fine print so when we asked them to reimburse us for some of the missing stuff they said we had signed off on a clause that allowed us 3 cents per pound of missing material which basically meant they would give us about $3 for all of our stuff! On top of loosing our clothes and furniture we actually recieved someone else's table. We asked if they wanted to come back and pick it up because we assumed that person would be looking for it, but they never responded...so if anyone out there is missing a black coffee table let me know!! Please do not use this moving company, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
