This was my first time shopping at the Salvation Army Grand Rapids. Approaching the store, I didn't think I was going to find anything, but after a few tracks up and down the isles it started happening. Before long my arms was full. I tried on everything and ended up buying more than I planned. On a trip to find a replacement jacket for a jacket I lost a year ago at The Salvation Army in Granger, I didn't find a suitable replacement for my jacket but I found a beautiful Finley top, valued at over $100, in like new condition. Great shopping experience, and only one down side was, I had so many cute tops that I somehow missed one of the tops I wanted to get and didn't notice it until I got home, but I got everything that I paid for. The down side, the fitting rooms had a lot of garments I had to personally remove myself. selection was just as good or better than most. The quality and selection of merchandise was better than most locations I've shopped at before. The store was huge, so I didn't get to look at everything, maybe even a little overwhelming, but great if you have the time. Excellent customer service from everyone that I spoke with and would do it again. We were in GR for other business but I would definitely make the 70 mile trek to shop there again. AAA+++++
