\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r Ok here's the scoop....\r \r If you come here, you WILL learn how to bartend, and they WILL try to get you a job. Bottom line. \r \r I really enjoyed my time here. I looked forward to coming to class, the schedule is flexible, and you can stay as long as you want to make sure that you have learned everything and you feel prepared to get out there and do it in the real world.\r \r Be prepared, while Lou is awesome and incredibly knowledgable, come in with an extra layer of skin, cause if you act like a moron, he will call you out on it, and sometimes you have to be a real student... Good news is he doesn't hold grudges, and as long as you listen and work hard and do what your supposed to, you will have a great time and he will show you respect.\r \r Cindy is great. She talks really fast, but I think that's just because she has so much knowledge to get out to you. She will work to get you a job, just make sure and do your part as well. IE show up to your interviews!\r \r I highly recommend this school. You learn everything you need to know and they will get you working. I will definitely keep coming back to brush up on my skills!\r
