Review content:
Were it not for an empassioned email from Dr. Mark urging me to support Pro Club that I received today, I wouldn't be writing this negative review.\r
\r
That email represents the first thing wrong with Pro Sports Club. It doesn't respect the wishes of its former clients. After I cancelled my membership, I requested numerous times to be removed from the club's general and 20/20 Alumni newsletters. I still receive emails that are automatically deleted.\r
\r
Next the club. If it weren't for my company's benefits, I would never had joined. It's pretty and expansive. Too bad a lot of the staff were just snotty and rude. Excuse me you're the one handing me the towel and you're acting like you are better than me. Really? Whatever. The fact that you have to pay for some classes like TRX on top of what the club is already getting paid is ridiculous. And the tennis fees are insane.\r
\r
And finally the 20/20 program. The general attitude that I got from the four dietitians I had was ""Success is because of the program, but any set backs are the individual's fault."" None of the dietitians were willing to spend the time to work out meal plans with me. The only good thing of the program was the trainer, but without a solid basis in the dietary aspects too bad. Not only did I gain back what I lost on the 20/20 program, I gained more.\r
\r
I'm happy to say that I have lost all that weight on Weight Watchers Online. It's a lot more reasonably priced than 20/20 and more realistic and sustainable.
