PRO is a magical place of health, wellness and mind-body rejuvenation! --- I personally recommend the 20/20 smoothies as well as the following, to name just a few: Zumba, Kick boxing, Total Body Makeover as well as FX Fusion and Boot Camp at the Performance Center. --- In the Spa (newly remodeled and gorgeous) I recommend: microcurrent toning facials (Laura, Andrea, Gina, Monique), the signature facial for total relaxation, and shiatsu treatment massage (amazing!) for a total healing experience. --- In the Salon I recommend: Mandy (phenomenal color and cut expert), Bryan (best blow-outs), Adriel (short styles & blond guru), Jamee (any upstyle you can find in a magazine and she'll do it better!), Chelsea (exceptional men's cuts) and Kelly (hair extension PRO). --- Additionally, My kids love the fitness camps held on days when there's no school (Hooray!) and during the summer. Discovery Bay's staff are always friendly, caring and helpful - Shawn, Loren and team are Awesome! --- Oh, bring your girlfriends for a pedicure and Spa High Tea experience, sooo fun! The staff will decorate your table with flowers, balloons and chocolate, all complimentary! --- A world class experience and all in our own backyard! Who knew?! :) Pros: 200 classes, Equipment, Drycleaning, Floral Shop, Dining Room, Bar, Spa and Salon, FREE Garage Parking Cons: Women's Fitness, Spa & Salon full on the weekends and after work hours, 30 min massage is too expensive - go for the 90, 20/20 program is tough to get in
