Breaches the contract and comes up with excuses, Steals paid materials from one construction and charges other customer for the same material and double dips. Charges for unfinished work and comes with excuse that the customer ran out of budget and he needs more money to finish the project, so the poor customer has to reapply for loan or somehow come up with extra cash despite the fact that Mr. Dishonest Doug Stone has played him or her.. He uses counterfeit materials and charges the customer for the real materials. He is been reported badly to Good business Beaureu and Construction beaureu.
Pros: Worst general Contractor in Teahachapi and surrounding area.
Cons: Lies about const. deadline, Steals material from customer.
