Review content:
I developed some pretty severe phobias in high school which made social situations, travel, public speaking, and ""being put on the spot"" an absolute terror. This terror manifested itself through me as panic attacks. These attacks would debilitate me when they were happening, and would often make me feel exhausted for days. I spent the last 12 years planning and living my life around fear. I can't tell you how many travel and social experiences I avoided because I wanted to avoid having a panic attack. I've seen psychologists and psychiatrists over the past 12 years and although they've helped tremendously, they couldn't help me reprogram how my subconscious mind (and nervous system) responded to fear. I take prescribed medicine to help. I cut alcohol and regular caffeine from my diet. I changed my lifestyle, diet, and relationships. I work out 3-5 times per week. I still couldn't shake these panic attacks and still avoided living the life that I deserve. I found Denver Hypnosis about two years ago but just wasn't ready at that time. I have *ahem* I HAD a terrible fear of flying and typically got a panic attack on takeoff and on landing. One of my goals this year was to travel internationally. I planned a European vacation which had 11 flights, which meant I might have 22 panic attacks... I did an initial (and free) consultation with Heather Fralick to see if we'd be a good fit for one another. I immediately felt a calming, nurturing, and welcoming presence. Heather and I met for six sessions in total, and after the 3rd session, I traveled to Europe. 11 flights and no panic attacks! Since the sixth session about four weeks ago, I've had four women give me their numbers (which rarely happens), I got pulled on stage in front of 300 people and won a dance contest (I'm a bad dancer!), and just won an award for best ad lib speech at a Toastmasters group. Heather changed my life. I was going to say that I'm living a normal life but that doesn't describe the life I'm living. I'm living a life that I deserve, one full of desire, passion, and energy for doing whatever I want, whenever I want, and not having to check in with my former fear-based subconscious mind for help. Heather changed my life for the better. I'm alive in ways that I never imagined! You get one shot in life. Don't let fear, money, or skepticism of hypnosis get in the way of living the best life you can imagine!
