Before meeting Heather, I struggled with insomnia for over eight years. Insomnia affected every area of my life and though my experience with it led me to a healthier lifestyle (regular meditation and yoga practice), I continued to endure long bouts of sleepless nights, often relying on sleep aids. I turned to hypnotherapy hoping that my subconscious thought patterns surrounding sleep would be changed and Heather did not disappoint! She has been consistently generous with her time and services, develops creative and effective approaches, makes you feel instantly at ease, and truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I am so grateful to have found her and to be sleeping again!
