I have been going to Robert James Salon many many years, first Miller Place and now Riverhead, they are a professional, courteous, friendly and make me feel like family. Not only are their people knowledgeable in what they do, but they are always learning new trends in styling, and hair coloring. Doesn't matter if you come in morning, afternoon or evening, they always offer you coffee, tea or what they have to drink. Also, there is always snacks on the table for everyone. Saturdays, bagels and pizza for lunch to all in the salon. Once I forgot my wallet at home and they told be not to worry you can pay me the next time you come in. The salon is family owned and operated and they make me feel like one of them.
