Review content:
After having 2 flat tires in two weeks I went to Precision Auto Tune to replace my tire. Come to find out, I needed to replace two tires. $200 later, I had 2 brand new tires. Well, I was not so pleased that I had to replace that many tires in a period of 2 weeks so the manager there assured me that he would contact corporate and see what he could do for me. I was pleased to know that he was going to help me further. Considering my car was barely a year old, i wanted something to be done. Well, 2 months later here I am with no call back from the manager letting me know whats going on. I have been the one to call him all this time and just the other day he told me that they were going to take care of it. Well, low and behold i followed up with him again and come to find out he is no longer with the company. So basically, there management skills are horrible! The best part is that the new manager is only there one day a week so good luck to anyone who has an issue with this place. The management team is worthless. The service took longer than expected, when i was there. He told me 20 mins. and i was there for almost an hour. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Not the greatest management staff!!
