SCAM. Office told me my appt was at 10:00 and to show up a couple minutes early for paperwork. When I arrived, they told me my appt was at 10:30 and before they would tell me the cost of my services I had to fill out the paperwork and wait 40 minutes. They would only tell me my services would be between $200-$500. I guess they are hoping that if they make you wait 40 minutes and fill out a tremendous amount of paperwork that you are stuck and will then pay whatever amount to get their service done. Padda Institute offers responsible prices with reasonable service, coupons up to 50% off these prices with Groupon. I was going to try Midwest Vein just because they were close. But, I can see a SCAM at Midwest Vein!
