Review content:
Like others who've posted their reviews of this office, I have ot say the doctors there are very professional and great to work with. But their staff practically forces you to go elsewhere for service.\r
\r
I've never seen such a ""could care less"" bunch of employees in my life.\r
\r
As an example, if you call and cancel an appointment, they'll neglect to note it and send you a bill for a missed appointment. And even when their own records show you did call two days before, they conveniently forget to put it in thier billing system.\r
\r
I also once had to wait to check out for several minutes while the appointment scheduler complained to some friend of hers on the phone.\r
\r
Go for the doctors and therapists, just don't expect much in the way of courtesy and consideration out of the staff.
