Businiess name:  Metroplex Psychiatric Assoc

Review content:
Metroplex Psychiatric has the most competent and caring psychiatrists I have ever worked with, and very good counselors as well. Whereas many psychiatrists are quick to dismiss patients with a quick prescription, Dr. Raju in particular takes time to listen and really tailor treatment.\r \r On the other hand, the office itself is a mess. The office manager is a tyrant who employs only her children and their seemingly teenage friends. The office is a small bureaucracy, with unprofessional service, billing, and attention. I have even considered leaving the practice simply because of the disorganization and rudeneses of these people. Pros: Attentiveness of psychiatrists Cons: Poor treatment by staff and sometimes unresponsive to emergencies
