ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I rented a trolley from this company for my wedding party to get from the ceremony to the reception venue. First of all, I could NEVER get them on the phone prior to the event (that should have tipped me off from the beginning). Next, when they pulled up to the church to pick us up the trolley immediately broke down. Our wedding party was stuck sitting outside the church while everyone else went ahead to the reception. Also, we were on a deadline to take pictures before the sun went down. We had several stops along the way setup to take pictures around town. Instead, because we were stuck, we had to take random pictures at the church because we couldn't make it anywhere else. This company ruined my wedding pictures and caused me and my wedding party to be late to our reception. Also, we still have not received our money back and no one will answer the phone. Horrible, horrible company. Would never use them again and hope to tell everyone I know not to use them.
