GREAT SERVICE! We used this company for a trip to Florida recently and the service that we received was excellent! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I rented a trolley from this company for my wedding party to get from the ceremony to the reception venue. First of all, I could NEVER get them on the phone prior to the event (that should have tipped me off from the beginning). Next, when they pulled up to the church to pick us up the trolley immediately broke down. Our wedding party was stuck sitting outside the church while everyone else went ahead to the reception. Also, we were on a deadline to take pictures before the sun went down. We had several stops along the way setup to take pictures around town. Instead, because we were stuck, we had to take random pictures at the church because we couldn't make it anywhere else. This company ruined my wedding pictures and caused me and my wedding party to be late to our reception. Also, we still have not received our money back and no one will answer the phone. Horrible, horrible company. Would never use them again and hope to tell everyone I know not to use them. more

This service is awful, the bus that I rode in was horrible. The bus smelled like it had been used for a college party, smelt of alcohol and there was trash inside the bus under seats. One of my business partners thought that the driver was the reason the bus smelled like alcohol and thought he had been drinking. I was not pleased to find out after paying so much for a ride from the Airport that the driver expected a tip! I thought too it was horrible that the owner came on here as ""qcbuslady"" which used to be the old name, and gave herself a 5 star rating and review! If you aren't from nashville or even if you are, and you need shuttle service, i DO NOT recommend using this service. Call someone professional not some hillbilly lady, with a few cheap buses of her own hiring an alcoholic to shuttle people around! Cons: Too many to name, Trash, Smell more
