I've used Franklin D for my personal plumbing needs for 5 years. We recently needed some work done in our office and I recommended them after our normal plumber didn't show up for 3 days...I wish I hadn't. They didn't show up the first day, and when they finally did, the plumber when AWOL in our building...I'm still not sure what he was doing...finally he left and someone called saying he would be back the next day to finish the drained sink. the next day, he did return and made a huge mess on our carpet. It took over 4 days for them to send someone out to clean it, and every call I made to their office in that time span was treated very rudely by the dispatch lady. It was very embarassing to have recommended them so highly to my employer only to have this happen.
