Review content:
This business has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We rented a chain saw for a few hours and the chain kept popping off. We brought it back to the store and they told us there was nothing wrong. Went to try and use again and the same thing happened. We called the store and they yold us they were closing due to Hurricane Charlie (Aug. 2004) and just to bring the chain saw back on Monday. Brought it back on Monday with no problem. That Thursady we found out our bank acct. was overdrawn and that A to Z had charged us for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tried to speak with the owner regarding the matter and he called us liars and shook his finger in my husband face and stated, ""Nobody here told you that."" My husband was upset that he was being called a liar and as the owner turned and walked away from him, my husband slammed the half door to the office closed and it fell off the hinge (door was in very poor shape and was already half off the hinges prior to). My husband then gets a letter stating he is being sued by A to Z for damages and ends up paying this moron $1000.00 and now has a Criminal Mischief charge. The owner of this business is a disgusting poor excuse for a human being and has no business dealing with the public. If you like being told you are wrong and the customer is never right than this place is perfect for you.
