A To Z Rentals

I will never do business there again. The little fat man that runs the place is a crook and a liar. I bought a husqvarana 46"" rider from them and wish I never did. I've had nothing but problems and their service flat sucks. The like to tell me its my fault and im not operating it correctly. Sorry guys but this isnt my first mower, i know its not supposed to leak fuel and back fire constantly. Its not common. The man tells so many lies he forgets which lies he told who. So now I've owed the mower 4 months and they've had it for 1. It's not the product, but the people there. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! more

PLEASE anyone needing to rent equipment for any reason. DO NOT GO TO A to Z Rentals on Cortez Rd. The people in there are rude pieces of crap. I just wrote a review on Google for them, sayin just what I thought. People really need to learn customer service, it is a dying art. It's just sad how someone with money, and want's to spend it in you're business, has to be treated like that. NEVER AGAIN. He is my review anyone can see on google. ""Yes!!! Lady behind the counter, is a rude little bitch. What ever happened to customer service? And the owner let's it happen? She must be blowing him on the side, there is no way he's losing business for nothing. Really wish anybody that need's anything for any reason, goes somewhere else. I have had to deal with this power equipment store frequently since I own Husquvarna products and they are the only local dealer. These people are the worst I have had to work with, and it is every single time for 3 years straight. I can't believe the owner of that place hasn't locked the doors shut or restaffed his store. \r There is a girl and a guy who work in the store, and every person I know hates dealing with them. Its not that they don't like me, it is many people I know. They say they order you a part, and since they don't use computers they can't track it or find it when you keep calling or going in to try and get it. SO FRUSTRATING more

This business has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We rented a chain saw for a few hours and the chain kept popping off. We brought it back to the store and they told us there was nothing wrong. Went to try and use again and the same thing happened. We called the store and they yold us they were closing due to Hurricane Charlie (Aug. 2004) and just to bring the chain saw back on Monday. Brought it back on Monday with no problem. That Thursady we found out our bank acct. was overdrawn and that A to Z had charged us for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tried to speak with the owner regarding the matter and he called us liars and shook his finger in my husband face and stated, ""Nobody here told you that."" My husband was upset that he was being called a liar and as the owner turned and walked away from him, my husband slammed the half door to the office closed and it fell off the hinge (door was in very poor shape and was already half off the hinges prior to). My husband then gets a letter stating he is being sued by A to Z for damages and ends up paying this moron $1000.00 and now has a Criminal Mischief charge. The owner of this business is a disgusting poor excuse for a human being and has no business dealing with the public. If you like being told you are wrong and the customer is never right than this place is perfect for you. more

WE ARE A ELECTRICAL SERVICE COMPANY AND WORK ALL OVER THE STATE OF FLORIDA. WE SOMETIMES NEED EQUIPMENT ON THE FLY TO GET OUR SERVICE CALLS DONE. WE USE THE INTERNET TO FIND THE CLOSEST RESOURCES TO OUR LOCATION TO GET THE JOB DONE AND SAVE OUR CLIENTS MONEY. WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY FOR A SMALL PIECE OF EQUIPMENT TO RENT FOR LESS THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS. OUR NORMAL PROCEDURE IS THE HAVE OUR OFFICE CONTACT THE BUSINESS AND SET UP EVERYTHING FOR A TECHNICIAN TO PICK UP AND GET THE JOB DONE. IN THIS CASE WE WERE MET WITH THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THAT WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONG TIME. OBVIOUSLY WE COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH EVERY BUSINESS IN THE STATE AND WE EXPECT THAT THERE MAY BE A LARGE DEPOSIT OR EXTRA REQUIREMENTS BECAUSE WE ARE NOT LOCAL BUT WE USUALLY AREN'T MET WITH A COMPANY THAT IS NOT WILLING TO TRY AND HELP IN SOME WAY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THEY ARE VERY NEGATIVE AND ARE NOT PROBLEM SOLVERS AT ALL. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A RENTAL STORE THAT IS NOT HELPFUL AND VERY NEGATIVE A TO Z RENTAL IN BRADENTON FLORIDA IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. BEWARE CONTRACTORS IF WE HAD BEEN ABLE TO READ A REVIEW BEFORE WE TRIED TO RENT FROM THEM WE WOULD HAVE LOOKED ELSEWHERE. I WOULD THINK IN THIS ECONOMY THAT THEY WOULD BE GLAD THE PHONE EVEN RANG AND WOULD DO ANYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET OUR BUSINESS SO THE NEXT TIME WE NEEDED SOMETHING OR IF SOMEONE ASKED IF WE KNEW SOMEONE IN THE AREA WE COULD RECOMMEND THEM. WE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM IN ANY WAY EXCEPT FOR PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL TRY AND HELP. more
