Review content:
On March 17th 2012 I visited Pronto Car Wash on 2nd Avenue and 34th street in St. Petersburg. When I arrived I had a .45 pistol in my center console when I left the pistol was missing. After over five weeks and numerous calls asking the owner to call me I was contacted by the manager today (04/24/2012) letting me know that the owner left me an envelope. I drove down there and picked up the envelope to find out that they are completely denying any liability and they are unwilling to do anything. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and the owner did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. I cannot believe how this was handled and believe that everyone should be aware of how they are conducting business.
