Businiess name:  Jesse Owens Urgent Care
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This facility does not operate in the patient's best care! More like, in the facility's best care. They will not verify your coverage unless you physically come in - even if you can verbally provide the id# of fax them a copy - this doesn't make sense bc if you need urgent care - you're SICK! Who wants to drive to each place to verify eligablity. \r \r They also don't know Worker's COmp rules - as an owner, you are allowed to opt out, using your own personal insurance coverage to cover claims. Jesse Ownens just turns you away or says you'll may have to pay the full amount to cover themselves. Is this comforting to a sick patient? They have POOR cust. service. Cons: Poor service, no verification of eligibility, WC
