Find another Urgent Care, misdiagnosed twice! 1/17/2012

Second time my daughter has been in and they give her prednisone for Bronkitis! (and told her she has asthma the first time, in which she doesn't) She has had chronic Bronkitis since childhood, no asthma. Last time we had to take her back to regular Dr. and get antibiotics because the Dr. would not give to her. I am sure this will happen again. Hope we can get into regular Dr. soon. Will NOT be going back to this place. Don't bother going because you will have to go to your regular Dr. who knows you to get sucessfully treated anyway. more

Scam artists 1/4/2012

I took my wife there for stomach pains. Before they would even see her, they took my $75 fee. The problem is, that when she went to see the Dr., she told him what was going on, he told her they could nothing for her. That she needed to go to the ER. We did, got it taken care of, after another $175 out the door. I called for a refund, since they did not do anything. They said too bad, the dr saw her and they wont do a refund. I don't have a problem paying for a service, if I got a service done. Would not even take my sick dog there. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT GET IT THERE!!!!! more

Not Happy 5/12/2011

This placce sucks......I took my son in because he had ringworm on the scalp, they new that when i signed him up. They only had ONE doc. working at the time sooooo i was there from 8:00pm tel 1230am for her to tell me she cant give him annnnnnything.....no cream or anything. I was sooooo not happy. This place is sorry!!!!! more

Terrible Service 8/27/2009

This facility does not operate in the patient's best care! More like, in the facility's best care. They will not verify your coverage unless you physically come in - even if you can verbally provide the id# of fax them a copy - this doesn't make sense bc if you need urgent care - you're SICK! Who wants to drive to each place to verify eligablity. \r \r They also don't know Worker's COmp rules - as an owner, you are allowed to opt out, using your own personal insurance coverage to cover claims. Jesse Ownens just turns you away or says you'll may have to pay the full amount to cover themselves. Is this comforting to a sick patient? They have POOR cust. service.
