Dr. Katkin is not our regular dr. Unfortuneately, we got stuck with her a few times when I needed to schedule a sick visit or when she was on call. \r
This woman left us waiting in a room outside her office for nearly one hour while she was on the phone dealing with a personal matter and then proceded to have a friendly conversation with another dr. in the hall before entering to see my child. She didn't bother to apologize for the wait. She has been very disrespectful on the phone as well. When I called about a concern of mine she asked what kind of a parent waits until its snowing to get advice on a sick child? What if you needed to get to a hospital? \r
She ruins a perfectly good practice. The other dr.'s are great.
