Katkin, Lenore S, Md - Lawrence Park Pediatrics

I've been going to doctor Katharine since December 2003. She's a great doctor. She's very helpful and provides you with great information. she tough on the outside and soft in the inside. She's stern and honest when it comes to my daughter's help. I like Dr. Katkin the best and then Dr. Angelo. Sure, you have to wait to see her or any doctor, the receptionist places patients 10 to 15 minutes apart. The office has a sick room to keep the sick patients in a separate place than the healthy children. We have to wait to see her, and she always takes time to speak with me after seeing my daughter. With Dr. Katkin, it's the children first and then dealing with the sometimes annoying and unruly parents. I'm on Dr. Katkin team!! \r The rest of the doctor's I don't care for. more

Dr. Katkin is not our regular dr. Unfortuneately, we got stuck with her a few times when I needed to schedule a sick visit or when she was on call. \r This woman left us waiting in a room outside her office for nearly one hour while she was on the phone dealing with a personal matter and then proceded to have a friendly conversation with another dr. in the hall before entering to see my child. She didn't bother to apologize for the wait. She has been very disrespectful on the phone as well. When I called about a concern of mine she asked what kind of a parent waits until its snowing to get advice on a sick child? What if you needed to get to a hospital? \r She ruins a perfectly good practice. The other dr.'s are great. more
