Rancho El Camino owner Shelly is a neglectful landlord who overcharges tenants, the footing is horrible in the arenas, they are fed low quality hay, and the place looks like a dump. The only good thing about this place is the people are very friendly. If looking for a place I suggest you look somewhere else.\r
Shelly raised our board $25.00 a month because the hay price went up. She has cut back my horses food. They should have hay for a couple of hours but my horse gets done with his within a hour. I think it is not right charging us more and feeding our horses less.\r
