Review content:
Came in to the shop because my tire was losing air. Talking to the manager I could tell she cared about my individual case. They took my car back and found a huge piece of glass in my tire, they even showed it to me. I didn't know glass could do that to a tire. After the repair, they told me of other things I should keep an eye on in the near future regarding my car. They didn't pressure me to get them fixed there and then, just made me aware of what could potentially go wrong in the future.
In speaking with the manager I found this was a family owned business from the start...not many of those around anymore
