Review content:
My experience at this Home Depot has been the standard with every other...Lucky to find an employee to answer questions, and when I finally do they usually don't know enough to help. Its also not worth your time to call for information. I tried calling the Flooring Dept. from home and was repediatly hung up on. I tried getting in touch with customer service at the store and was simply redirected back to the flooring dept. at which time I was hung up on again. I then called the main customer service line, and was given a different 800 number to call. When I called the new number, it rang out, and then I got a busy signal. Home Depot's prices are definitly very low, but you will sacrifice a lot of customer support by shopping at their stores. My advice to anyone shopping for home and garden goods is to drive to the Lowes that is right next to the Home Depot. The staff is much more welcoming, knowledgable, prices are comparable, and they answer the phones.
Pros: Wide Selection of Goods & Low Prices
Cons: The Worst Customer Support I've Ever Experienced
