I have always experienced back pain. I had a big fall playing softball in my teenage years. My parents and I were never really informed on chiropractic care so I just lived with the pain. Taking medication was covering up the pain but not fixing the problem. About 1 year ago I found out about Ramsey Chiropractic Center after some extensive recent on surgery free care. My x-rays showed a spine that was certainly misaligned. After a year of adjustments and appropriate exercises (Which they taught) they put me back together again.
