i have to say that in the 17 years that i have lived in the house that Landtrek manages i have had nothing but AWESOME FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE CARING HELP FROM EVERYONE I DEAL WITH.. MOE, JACKIE, ROBERT AND LORI !!! if my sink leaks BAM! they have that taken care of in 24hrs, if my bathroom has a pipe leak BAM! they had me a brand new bathroom in 1week, i mean the drywall has to dry in order to get the job done without further leaks dont you think? if i ever had issues with the rent having to be held for 3 or 4 days before cashing they do that as well for me! im guessing the disgruntled commenters were late paying their rent or not paying at all.. i love this place and have nothing but good things to say in my experiences w them since 1995! ALWAYS ON TARGET! :)
