Land Trek Property Management

i have to say that in the 17 years that i have lived in the house that Landtrek manages i have had nothing but AWESOME FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE CARING HELP FROM EVERYONE I DEAL WITH.. MOE, JACKIE, ROBERT AND LORI !!! if my sink leaks BAM! they have that taken care of in 24hrs, if my bathroom has a pipe leak BAM! they had me a brand new bathroom in 1week, i mean the drywall has to dry in order to get the job done without further leaks dont you think? if i ever had issues with the rent having to be held for 3 or 4 days before cashing they do that as well for me! im guessing the disgruntled commenters were late paying their rent or not paying at all.. i love this place and have nothing but good things to say in my experiences w them since 1995! ALWAYS ON TARGET! :) more

This was the worst experience ever. Jackie needs to retire already, she hates her job and is completely rude to the tenants. If you are thinking about hiring them, your house will not get rented for longer than a year with Jackie as their Manager. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! more

Our experience with Land Trek is one of the best. They are efficient,caring and trustworthy. They have excellent customer service, they do great job in coordinating and responding to our needs. This company have outstanding staff working hard,with profession approach, They really CARE.\r I can't thank them enough for all their help and hard work that they are doing for us.\r more

By far the worst rental experience we have ever had. We will never again use Land Trek, but it's unfortunate as there are some good people who work there. Jackie on the other hand is incredibly hostile. After moving in, we experienced nothing but problems. After a major flood from a burst pipe, one of the bedrooms was unlivable for 3 weeks as the entire room and walls had to be redone. Mold experts found extensive mold from previous floods, before we moved in. Compensation was promised (and then refused) for multiple unlivable rooms, and added electricity costs due to large fans and dehumidifiers running 24/7. 2nd flood was a 30,000 gallon underslab leak that happened while we were gone. It took well over a week to get a contractor, and another week to re-plumb the line feeding the upstairs. No compensation offered for major water bill from ruptured pipe. We were charged for major carpets stains and dirty walls / pinholes in walls when we moved out, however we brought these to their attention upon our move-in inspection. They later denied. We were charged close to $1,000. This is on top of the constant problems with water pressure, major electrical code violations, extensive mold issues, etc. This is just the stuff I could think of off the top of my head, all the while Jackie being incredibly hostile. This property management might be good for the clients/home owners but the service they provide to the tenants is horrible! \r \r They are so rude and only care about getting the most money out of you so if you can invest in them do so because money making is their priority. \r \r As a matter of fact they're not that great at renting houses. The house I rented they did not even bothered on showing it to me personally or anything to convince me to lease. All they did was 'here you go the keys go check it out if you want' basically. They did not care if the house got rented or not. If you are able to go with a different leasing company DO IT!! more

Yes, I have finally found an honest management company, that knows what they are doing. They have really helped me with my rentals and made my life easier like a mangement company is supposed to do. They take care of everything for me. I love it and look forward to working with them more in the future! Pros: They knew what they were doing more
