My wife's car ran out of gas. Before we could get back to it, the car was towed by Lazer Towing aka Performance Exhaust. That was Wednesday evening. Thursday morning (less than 24 hours later) we went to pick it up and we were charged a high towing rate ($155.00) PLUS TWO days for storage! The guy who charged us then asked, ""what are you going to do with it?"" As if that were any of his business! My wife said, ""Keep it!"" and he said, ""I know that but it wouldn't start."" When she told him it had just ran out of gas, he said, ""I didn't know!"" As if that were any of his business in the first place! If they're gonna rip off a woman who ran out of gas, how much more will they take from anyone else entrusting their vehicle to them?
Pros: None.
Cons: Takes advantage of the public; lacking in common sense.
