Performance Exhaust

I recently made a trip to oklahoma - Booked an overnight stay at the Super 8 hotel and the next morning at 630am we went to leave and our car would not start \r \r went inside and inquired about possible auto repairs and turns out the owner of the hotel was buddies with this company owner \r \r not only did the guy wake up at 630 in the morning and come and get our car - but at 9 am when his mechanic arrived he diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and told us how much it would cost to be fixed which we called our mechanic and he said that was correct cost - So not only do we have an honest company that went out of their way for us at 630 on a saturday morning but they had our car towed back to the shop \r \r Fixed and they even came and picked us up from the restraunt next to the hotel by 11:15am \r \r We got A+ service on a saturday morning - I don't think I could even get that kind of service here in florida where I live and my mechanic is family \r \r So thanks alot guys more

THIS PLACE ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF ANY AUTOMOTIVE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE. THEY ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK AND THEY STAND BEHIND IT. Pros: very helpfull and honest about work Cons: not enough locations more

My wife's car ran out of gas. Before we could get back to it, the car was towed by Lazer Towing aka Performance Exhaust. That was Wednesday evening. Thursday morning (less than 24 hours later) we went to pick it up and we were charged a high towing rate ($155.00) PLUS TWO days for storage! The guy who charged us then asked, ""what are you going to do with it?"" As if that were any of his business! My wife said, ""Keep it!"" and he said, ""I know that but it wouldn't start."" When she told him it had just ran out of gas, he said, ""I didn't know!"" As if that were any of his business in the first place! If they're gonna rip off a woman who ran out of gas, how much more will they take from anyone else entrusting their vehicle to them? Pros: None. Cons: Takes advantage of the public; lacking in common sense. more
