Review content:
Unsure who we were dealing with (we can't seem to remember him introducing himself, other than to say he's a floor manager which means he can do just about anything he wants. Yes, he said that). He was slimy.
He had no answers or knowledge about the price of the cars, fuel economy, engine size, etc. Every car was locked so even with him there we couldn't look inside. We were ready to buy today but not from this dealership. When he was asked about the fuel economy of a vehicle he was pushing (and pushing hard) by a member of my family (this family member wasn't buying, I was. He was just there to keep me from being taken advantage of), he didn't have the answer to the question. He then exploded! Screaming ""if you aren't buying a F***ing car, don't be asking f***ing questions"". He whirled around and STOMPED like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. Screaming and cursing the whole way back to the office, once inside he continued to scream, wave his arms, stomp his chubby little footies, and point at us. Yes, very professional.
I expect NO one to know all the answers. A simple ""I'm not sure, let me find that information for you"" would have helped him sell us a vehicle. But throwing a little temper tantrum because his ignorance was pointed out too many times in a 15 minute period? Sad.
I haven't bought my car yet but I will - just not from RMAB!
