Review content:
I walked in wanting to spend around $11k. The first dealer kept calling me ""kid"" and ""son"". It was probably him being informal, but that comes across as disrespectful and demeaning. He was pressuring me and made it apparent how frustrated he was with me trying to spend my money wisely and buying hesitantly.
The second car salesman went to go over finances with me while the first helped another customer, and he had PORNOGRAPHY up on his computer. He had horribly foul language. Every car he showed me seemed to be the ""best"" car for me. He rarely listened to what I said I wanted or needed.
The next time I went in (after getting that last car totaled), that salesman was essentially making fun of my last purchase saying that wasn't a good car for me. Still the foul language and disrespecting me because I am younger (25).
I must say that the prices couldn't be beat - best in town - and once I landed on a deal, they were great from then on. I'd be hesitant to buy from them again, but I'm always willing to give people second chances.
