Once moving to the north shore, I had a minor hit and run on my car while parked in a lot. New to the area, I had the dreaded task of finding a new body shop that I could trust. I did a quick google search, and came upon WFAB. There were so many great reviews I had to check it out. I stopped by and talked to Jim, who was very informative and came across as someone I could trust. When my insurance agency came back with their appraisal, which was less than Jim's quote, he assured me they could work with it. I really liked the daily emails letting me know the status of my car and the progress photos. My car turned out great, and the color is an exact match! Jim even had some of the other scratches on the back bumper painted in with some of the extra paint. I feel that WFAB really believes what their site says, that we drive home their reputation. A great job, with great friendly staff. Hopefully I will never have to, but if I ever get in a bind again, I will be going back to Jim @ WFAB.
