I have gone to all of the fancy hair salons in the area, end up spending $200+ for cut and color, and walk out still hating my hair. Friends told me to go to New Concepts and ask for Jenni. Prices are great and I absolutely LOVE my hair. The color is fabulous. This salon is calm and quiet and isn't for you if you are looking for the hip salons a.k.a. night clubs like ""6"" in Royal Oak or Heide's in Somerset. Remember you are paying for the look of the salon, wouldn't you rather pay for the look of your hair.
