Businiess name:  Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi

Review content:
Really blown-away by how fresh the sashimi and sushi was... For appetizers, I tried the Tuna Sashimi with Ponzu Sauce as well as the White Fish Sashimi - both of which melted in my mouth. Nibbled on the Scallop Dynamite which was solid and not as heavy/creamy as other places. But it's the rolls that make this place awesome and unique -- try the Scallop Volcano, Salmon Skin, Korean BBQ, Fire Cracker, and Shrimp Killer Rolls. Or do what I did and just ask them to bring out what they recommend. You really can't go wrong.. And the ambience (especially) late at night is fun. On weekends, around 3 or 4am, you get a rush of locals and partygoers who energize the atmosphere. Gets rowdy but it's probably the best ""after-hours"" place in Vegas for post-drink eating and people-watching... Pros: Food, Ambience, Service Cons: Can get crowded late at night
