Review content:
I have an 18 month old Havanese, and Rich has helped us since the beginning. I work long hours, and he walks my dog daily and boards him often. I've called him at the last minute, and he's always pulled through for me. The love he cares for my dog with is evident when my puppy runs up to him on the sidewalk, anxious for a pet or hug; or when I say Rich's name, and my dog starts running around looking for him wagging his tail. I had a scare last summer when we ended up in the animal ER. It had nothing to do with Rich, but called all the time to check in on how my puppy was doing - another testament to how much he cares about the animals he looks after.
This is my first dog. When he was a puppy, I never thought I would get through the potty training and other things that come along with a new little four legged friend. Rich helped us with one on one puppy (really 'owner') training, and and was always there when I had questions - whether they were about my Havanese or someone else's dog that was having issues.
I often get comments about how fantastic my dog is, and my response is always that I am very lucky - 50% of it is that I picked a great puppy to begin with, and the other 50% of it is *all* Rich's influence on him! I highly recommend him.
