Unfortunate experience - we hired a nanny through this group only to find that she was a total dud. We realised this within days of her starting and informed the Cambridge nanny group. They DO NOT offer refunds but will continue the search for a replacement. This is written in the Terms & Conditions which is a button you click on the bottom of the form you fill out with your details. Given that they provided us with a nanny of such poor quality we were slightly unwilling to waste more time with them. We had previously interviewed a candidate through another agency and decided to hire her. Of all the nanny agencies we have used Cambridge nanny group is the only agency that does not offer any type of refund. Very disappointing given the poor quality nanny they provided.
