I passed Sweet Treats two months ago while wandering the Belvidere Arcade area of the Prudential Centre as I had not been down there. I was immediately impressed by the colorful stand and seating area located directly outside the water feature in the centre of the Pru. The menu with frozen yogurt only having 25 calories an ounce is one of the healtiest treats you can find and everything tastes fantastic. My favourite smoothies are either the tropical paradise or the strawberry bannana blast. A huge plus for me is the power blends offered here. I have tried many other establishments in the prudential and surrounding area. None of them have offered the protein super scoop which I find exteremely helpful for building muscle.
The customer service is excellent and the establishment offers a customer loyalty card which makes it worthwhile for me to visit there a number of times per week.
It's definetly worth a visit if you want something sweet and don't want to pay for it in the gym!
