DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. Once they get your deposit, they will not give it back to you. I called this place and made a reservation but they did not mention to me at any point that deposit was not refundable. I called 10 minutes later to cancel because by husband had made a reservation elsewhere (at this point I know there was no transaction made, the lady put me on hold according to her to check the paperwork but I know it was to enter transaction, I checked the exact time with the bank), the lady refused to refund my deposit even though event is in 3 days!!. I understand there are vendors that will retain a small % for cancellations but not the whole amount!!!, and I gave them 3 days notice!!! I am very upset, this is UNETHICAL!!. To top it all, the lady (Sujeris or something like that) was extremely rude. When I mentioned that I would not give positive references about her company she said she could care less, that they have been in business for 10 years and that it would not make a difference. DON’T make the mistake I made. This company has an F rating in BBB (Better Business Bureau).\r
