Coqui Party Rental

We rented a bounce house with snow cone machine and cotton candy machine. Though they arrived on time I must say the machine were absolutely disgusting. The bounce house was so filthy we did not allow the childrens in it. It was full of bugs, dirt, capri sun, candy and potatoe chip bags. Do not rent from here. The tabble they borught to place the machine on was filthy and the so were the machines. Honestly they must take some pride in there company and the rentals. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! TRUST ME. more

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. Once they get your deposit, they will not give it back to you. I called this place and made a reservation but they did not mention to me at any point that deposit was not refundable. I called 10 minutes later to cancel because by husband had made a reservation elsewhere (at this point I know there was no transaction made, the lady put me on hold according to her to check the paperwork but I know it was to enter transaction, I checked the exact time with the bank), the lady refused to refund my deposit even though event is in 3 days!!. I understand there are vendors that will retain a small % for cancellations but not the whole amount!!!, and I gave them 3 days notice!!! I am very upset, this is UNETHICAL!!. To top it all, the lady (Sujeris or something like that) was extremely rude. When I mentioned that I would not give positive references about her company she said she could care less, that they have been in business for 10 years and that it would not make a difference.
