Review content:
I took my girlfriend's dog there, and while I was there there was rude debate over taking a stray. I understand that it is a burden to take stays, but the situation put a bitter taste in my mouth.
Other than that, I just didn't like that there was no one to greet me when I walked in, however there is typically someone there within minutes of the doorbell chiming.
Thought the doctor gave out a wealth of information, but tries to use a lot of doctor jargon, and technical names for problems, while laymans terms would have been fine.
Overall, I think the healthcare is good, he pushed a LOT of products at me that would benefit her dog. I know that he was not participating in the buy 6 frontlines and get 1 free. Nor were there any other programs to bring prices to a competitive level.
I have been spoiled by some Richmond Vets, and I think I will continue to make the drive even if it is not my dog. Just think the atmosphere, and price difference makes up for the cost of driving between Lexington and Richmond.
So, if I had to, I might consider using him again, I just know I liked it better when Dr. Jodi was there.
Pros: Dr. provides a lot of information, and high tech offices
Cons: staff not eager to greet, and a rude atmosphere.
