Maybe they are under new management since those posts but I did not have that experience at all. I have been to 3 other cosmetic places and this one was by far the worst. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. They were not at all accommodating to the customer. They did the bare minimum and their goal seemed to be to get you in and out as fast as possible. There are great places in cockeysville and catonsville where you will have a fantastic experience. Try looking around.
