I went here to get my fiances ring repaired for Christmas 2011. I brought it there in the nick of time to receive it back by Christmas Eve. A year ago I lost the ring outside and it spent the entire previous winter in the snow and mud. Fortunately my neighbor found it and returned it to me. My fiance didn't know I had found it so it was going to be a surprise to her when I gave it to her for Christmas. Christmas Eve came and I went to pick it up. They then informed me it was not ready. I was furious. Why didnt they call me and tell me this information. Why didn't they save me the drive? They were very apologetic and assured me it would be done as soon as possible. The woman I spoke with also assured me that she would call me on Dec 26th to give me a date when it would be finished. Today is Jan 9, 2012 and I haven't heard a thing from them. In my opinion this is a terrible store with terrible service and I would suggest a pawn shop with people that speak only russian over this jewelry store. DO NOT trust them with repairs, You will be sorely dissapointed.
