This place is a joke. A JOKE!! Everytime I go I swear I'll NEVER go again. I wouldn't dream of taking my kids into that place, but it's ""just"" me so I go. I've been misdiagnosed 2 out of 3 times. My most recent disappointment was when I went in for a simple strep test. Of course, I'm stupid and I don't know what I'm talking about, but they'll send me home with drugs and reluctantly test me. Two days later they called to tell me it was strep. Beyond that, my insurance is not paying. Although the buliding says Cleveland Clinic on the outside the immediate care portion is not. At least that's what I'm guessing since the people in billing ""aren't sure"". Neither are the Cleveland Clinic doctor's once they set foot inside so I got a bill from them too. So instead of a $75 co-pay I've got three different bills here....almost $300 later...I once again swear I will NEVER go here again. For the last time.
