I went here this weekend with symptoms of the flu (my fiancé had just had the flu the week before). Granted the wait wasn't long, once I saw the ""doctor"" I knew I would never go here again. She was very rude. After I told her my symptoms (all pointing to the flu) she said ""sooooo you think you have the flu why? I don't know what it is, all I know is it will get worse before it gets better"" and didn't even attempt to figure out what the problem might be then. I ended up going to a minute clinic where I received an actual diagnosis and medicine. TERRIBLE more

I created an account just to give this review. This place is terrible, I sat there waiting for hours and ended up leaving without seeing a doctor. The only doctor on-duty was sitting taking a break for at least half an hour. When I said I was going to leave, the doctor pulled himself away from his break long enough to explain he was the only doctor there. I looked at him like he was nuts and said ""Maybe I should give a $hit but I don't, I am too sick to sit here for hours on end waiting to see a doctor."" \r Be kind to yourself, don't go here! more

This place is a joke. A JOKE!! Everytime I go I swear I'll NEVER go again. I wouldn't dream of taking my kids into that place, but it's ""just"" me so I go. I've been misdiagnosed 2 out of 3 times. My most recent disappointment was when I went in for a simple strep test. Of course, I'm stupid and I don't know what I'm talking about, but they'll send me home with drugs and reluctantly test me. Two days later they called to tell me it was strep. Beyond that, my insurance is not paying. Although the buliding says Cleveland Clinic on the outside the immediate care portion is not. At least that's what I'm guessing since the people in billing ""aren't sure"". Neither are the Cleveland Clinic doctor's once they set foot inside so I got a bill from them too. So instead of a $75 co-pay I've got three different bills here....almost $300 later...I once again swear I will NEVER go here again. For the last time. more

My Doctor isn't always available. I've been there 3 times and have always gotten excellant help. Great place if you need a doctor but not the emergency room. Pros: been there 3 times and got great help more

When my husband went there for rib pain, he was diagnosed with SEVERE Pnuemonia. The emergency room doctor on duty that morning sent him home with cough syrup and antibiotic prescriptions. Later that evening we had to call 911,because he could not breath and was in extreme pain. That mistake at Brunswick Immediate Care resulted in ICU, ventalators, chest surgeries, skilled nursing home stay and over $250,000 in medical bills. After my husband was ""out of the woods"" (*6 weeks later) , I spoke with the facility. They informed me the doctor he saw that morning was no longer employed there. It turned out he was not in my insurance network either, resulting in more out of pocket expense. You should always inquire during an emergency situation if the doctor treating you is in your insurance network! Needless to say I would never go back there for any services. Its worth the extra time to drive to a real hospital emergency room for any serious treatment. more

My family has waited over 2 hours just to see a doctor everytime we have been ill. Not to mention they can't seem to figure out how to take credit cards for payments incurred during the visits. I have spoken with their manager over there, whose initials are MK, and she is helpless. Pros: Close to Medina Residents Cons: Wait time and payments are impossible. more
